Hollywood Historic Photos .com is a subsidiary of Decor Art Galleries, Inc. established in Studio City, CA in 1994. We are the representatives for Bison Archives, an historic photograph collection founded in 1971 by the Los Angeles motion picture historian and author Marc Wanamaker. This gives us thousands of images for you to choose from. All of our photographs are made from high resolution digital files that have been scanned from large format commercially taken negatives. The quality of the negative along with the paper we use creates a pure black and white image that you will not see elsewhere. We offer a licensing program for the images to be used in books, documentaries and publications. We are dedicated professionals that have a depth of knowledge of the history of our products, and have established ourselves in art and framing design through our work with corporations as well as high-profile clients, including designers, architects, and artists.
